I'm feeling better today
but I've lost my voice. I have had to resort to clapping, snapping, and throwing things at the children to get their attention from my perch on the couch.
Oh, that's hilarious! Same thing happened to me earlier this week. I was yelling at Abby at the top of my voice (to stop her from doing something) and she turned to me quizzically and said "pardon me, Mom?" Kind of ruins that sense of authority.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the laugh! Glad you are feeling better. Why is it that you lose your voice when you are on the mend? Weird.
ReplyDeleteToo funny!
ReplyDeleteSounds like my kids.
